Delivery & Tracking 

Shipping is $10 no matter what you order to all destinations in the continental United States.  If your order totals $7, your shipping cost is $10.  If your order totals $750, your shipping is still $10, so the more you order, the better the deal!

Orders are generally shipped the same day if ordered before 12:00 PM (EST) Monday - Friday.  All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and the tracking # will be sent to your e-mail within 24 hours of your order.  You can track your order by clicking HERE. UPS Ground Package times can be seen below.

Note: Unfortunately, we do not ship orders into the state of Ohio without a valid tax exempt certificate. Non-profit organizations or individuals/persons eligible for tax exemption in the state of Ohio will be required to provide us with a valid tax exempt certificate upon placement of the order. To fax your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, please dial 1-513-721-3558 within 48 hours, and be sure to reference your CarnivalToys.com Order number for proper identification.  Click HERE to submit electronic proof of a valid tax exempt certificate.  We are sorry for any incovenience this may cause.

Note: We do not ship Internationally or to PO Boxes.  Register for a "Bongo" US Forwarding Address and have packages sent to your Bongo address for forwarding to your country.

Note: Shipping is $35 Flat Rate UPS Ground to Hawaii and Alaska.
