* Items, sold per dozen only, cannot and will not be split *

* Assortments are mixed as shown and cannot be separated *

* NO MINIMUM ORDER *

 

Shipping

For approximate shipping times please see our Delivery & Tracking page.  We do not ship Internationally or to PO Boxes.

Prices, colors, and sizes are subject to change without notice.  Actual toys may vary from pictures.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns

All returns must be authorized and returned within 30 days for a refund. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, unless we made an error. To complete your return, email returns@carnivaltoys.com with your order # in the subject line. Instructions will be emailed to the address provided.

 

Note: Unfortunately, we do not ship orders into the state of Ohio without a valid tax exempt certificate. Non-profit organizations or individuals/persons eligible for tax exemption in the state of Ohio will be required to provide us with a valid tax exempt certificate upon placement of the order. To fax your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, please dial 1-513-721-3558 within 48 hours, and be sure to reference your CarnivalToys.com Order number for proper identification.  Click HERE to submit electronic proof of a valid tax exempt certificate.  We are sorry for any incovenience this may cause.
