SOME ITEMS DO NOT SPECIFY HOW BIG THEY ARE. WHY? (Back to Top)

Certain items may be 10” x 10” x 10” and have a lot of bulk, where other items in the same price range say 14”. If an item doesn’t specify size, you can assume that it is about the same size as other similarly priced pieces. If an item is 10” long and costs much more than other 10” long items, then it is a much bigger piece.

If we are out of an item, it will not be shown on our website. If we should run out before taking an item down, we will substitute with an equally priced item that is a good fit. If there is not an item to substitute, we will call you and your order may be delayed.

All returns must be authorized and returned within 30 days for a refund. A small restocking fee may be charged, unless we made an error. To complete your return, email returns@carnivaltoys.com with your order # in the subject line. Instructions will be emailed to the address provided.
