FAQ 1. How much is freight/shipping? Freight is $10 no matter what you order. If your order totals - $7 - your freight is $10 If your order totals - $750 - your freight is $10 NEVER MORE -- NEVER LESS ! . ..SO THE MORE YOU ORDER, THE BETTER THE DEAL
2. Some items do not specify how big they are. WHY? Certain items may be 10” x 10” x 10” and have a lot of bulk, where other items in the same price range say 14”
IF IT COSTS $18.00/DOZEN, IT IS ABOUT THE SAME SIZE WHETHER IT IS 16” AT ITS LONGEST SIDE OR 10” AT ITS LONGEST SIDE
IF SOMETHING IS 10” LONG AND COSTS MUCH MORE THAN OTHER 10” LONG ITEMS: IT IS A BIGGER (WAY BIGGER) PIECE!
3. When will I get my order? YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ODER. THIS MEANS IF YOU ORDER ON A WEDNESDAY - YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER ON OR BEFORE THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY.
4. What happens if you are out of an item? IF WE ARE OUT OF AN ITEM, IT WILL NOT BE SHOWN ON OUR WEBSITE. IF WE SHOULD RUN OUT BEFORE TAKING IT DOWN, WE WILL CALL YOU -- WE DO NOT SUBSTITUTE.
